Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez will reunite in court next week, as a new report
claims they’ll take the stand in a civil trail set to start Feb. 16. And it all
stems from Justin’s alleged assault on a paparazzo in May 2012.
The
past always comes back to haunt you, and both Justin Bieber, 21, and Selena Gomez, 23, are learning that the hard way, as they’ll
reunite in court next week, a new report claims. As you’ll recall, Justin allegedly assaulted a paparazzo in May 2012, and that man then went on
to sue the singer. Unfortunately for the Biebs, that means he and Selena, who was
present at the time, will take the stand in the civil trial, which starts Feb.

The civil trial will take place in Los Angeles
Superior Court and is slated to last four days, according to Gossip Extra. The alleged assault, which Jose Duran is suing Justin
for, took place in the parking lot of a mall in Calabasas, California in
May 2012. Jose claims he was kicked and punched by Justin after he was accused
of getting too close to the singer and Selena, as they
left a movie theater.
